El amigo Ojisan me recomendó Planetes y la verdad, me está encantando, los personajes con mucho caracter, no se, me gusta y engancha (como Monster en su momento) y el rollito del espacio tambien me gusta. Tambien me he visto gungrave por las recomendaciones de los expertos jeje, muy buena.

Nos encontramos en un mundo donde la tecnología en si no a avanzado tanto como en nuestra civilización, en cambio la humanidad conoce un arte llamada alquimia (la cual nosotros también conocemos pero no a ese nivel ya que aquí se aplicaría una alquimia mas espiritual y nosotros la abandonamos en el siglo XIX, dando lugar a nuestra alquimia practica y de investigación la Química), un alquimista a través de una transmutación puede cambiar un objeto a otro mientras respete el material que se usa (por ejemplo del suelo se puede hacer una lanza de piedra, de una escultura de metal, una espada, y siempre así mientras tengas un materias los puedes convertir en lo que quieras respetando la cantidad de material que tengas ) es lo que los alquimistas denominan ``intercambio equivalente´´, La historia se centra en dos hermanos, Edward Elric y Alphonse Elric que rompieron el mayor tabú de la alquimia, con su padre años antes desaparecido y siendo muy jóvenes la madre muere, y ellos en un afán de intentar recuperarla, hacen una cosa prohibida, una transmutación humana, como es de esperar la cosa sale mal, un vórtice se traga el cuerpo de Al y Ed en un intento desesperado consigue atar el alma de su hermano a una armadura, Ed además pierde un brazo y una pierna, y no consiguen revivir a su madre. A partir de entonces el único propósito de Ed y Al será el de recuperar sus cuerpos a través de la alquimia, por lo que para ello tendrán que aprender mucho mas e intentar encontrar un mítico artefacto para los alquimistas, la piedra filosofal, pero no estarán solos en esta aventura y tampoco serán los únicos que quieren la piedra.

Su antecesora Fullmetal Alchemist fue emitida por primera vez en el año 2003 teniendo un gran éxito en Japón, llevándolo a la pantalla grande un año después con la película Fullmetal Alchemist: Conqueror of Shamballa secuela en la que concluye la serie. Luego de que en Agosto del 2008 en los estudios Bones se filtró una información acerca de una posible nueva adaptación de este anime, se confirmó esta noticia unos meses después, Full Metal alchemist regresaba en una nueva adaptación mas fiel al manga con el nombre de ” Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood “ el cual se estreno el 5 de abril del 2009.
En esta entrega no son los únicos y sobrenaturales hermanos Elric que derrotan a todos, sino que se le transfiere una parte mas humana, necesitando ayuda en varios momentos y se vive una historia donde varios personajes también tienen sus momentos importantes dentro de la serie, ademas de quitar un poco de relleno y comprimir parte de la historia anterior en muy pocos capítulos. Resumiendo si te ha visto la anterior serie no te puedes perder esta por que cambia el argumento ya que anteriormente el manga no estaba terminado y al final FMA se improviso un poco cambiando la historia totalmente.
Siempre hemos de reconocer que el que crea el producto (quien izo el manga) es quién consigue hacer la mejor historia y aunque FMA fue una buena historia con un final mas o menos dignificado, su sustituto mejor terminado y sin rellenos le supera en muchos aspectos a mi parecer.]]>
